Natalie has been a dental nurse for 13 years, gaining her level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2011. Working in general practice her whole career. She currently works in a multi-award winning practice in which she enjoys every second. She is very passionate and enthusiastic about Dental Nursing and strives to improve everyday. Completing many hours of CPD each year as well as attending courses around the UK.
Natalie is currently completing a level 4 in management to aid along side the transition into her practice management role. Natalie is an active member of the Executive Leadership Academy as well as a member of ADAM. She has recently joined the BADN panel of representatives to represent in General practice and practice management areas. Her aim is to influence and help all dental nurses possible, build a fantastic network and to keep learning as much as she can.
