How to retrieve your BADN membership account

This is a step-by-step guide to show you how to retrieve your BADN membership account. When we upgraded the system, all member access has been reset and need to be reinstated directly by the user or member of staff upon request. You will no longer log in with your membership number and surname. The new website will provide much advanced security through individual log in credentials. Please follow this step-by-step guide to retrieve access to your account by setting up your own password.

Step 1

Click on 'Log In' located at the top of the website.

Step 2

Find and click on 'Forgot password?'.

Step 3

Pop-up window will appear. In the username field enter your email address you've provided us with when you first joined and click 'Submit'. From now on you will use your email address as a username whenever you wish to log in to your BADN account. As long as the email address you've entered is valid and present in our database, the system will send an automated email containing a link to reset your password. Please note if you don't remember your email address or your email address has changed, please contact us so we can check/update your records.

Step 4

Go to your email and check your inbox for an automated email sent requesting a password reset. In the body of the email there will be a link. Click on it and it will open up our website to set up a new password for your account. If you can't see an email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam/junk mailbox. If the email doesn't appear within 30 minutes, please contact us so we can check/update your records manually.

Step 5

Enter and confirm by re-entering your new password. Make sure your password meets our required criteria which can be visible below the fields. Click 'Submit' and the system will update your account details and that's it!

All done! The system will redirect you back to home page. You can now log in to your account using your username which is your email address and password being the one you've just created. If you're having any problems with the above or accessing your account, please contact us.
