AVAILABLE ONLY TO MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION
AGM is a formal requirement of an Association, at which the official business of running the Association is acknowledged and conducted. Only current Association Members may attend the AGM – Associate Members may attend, but may not vote (only Full and Student Members may vote).
BADN® AGMs all documents (the Minutes of the last meeting, official accounts, any Motions, etc) are made available to delegates in advance and are taken as read at the AGM. This means that the President, who chairs the AGM, presumes that everyone present has read all the documents beforehand.
More information about Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with all the documentation such as, Agenda and other supporting documents are available here.
